Great shampoo, strong scent
Like some of the other reviews I found the floral smell a bit overwhelming at first but I got used to it after about a week. It makes my long hair feel and look great. A little goes a long way so it lasts a long time.

Cleansing and hydrating with a clean scent

Excellent shampoo and conditioner for my curly, fine hair!
I love this shampoo and conditioner! The scent was amazing and with my curly hair other shampoos in the past have left my hair feeling dry as I was washing it. You know, “dry to the touch” which told me that I wasn’t going to be able to get the tangles out afterwards. The conditioner’s before were never quite able to get the tangles out either. But not this conditioner! My thoughts: I really loved the way both the shampoo and conditioner left my hair feeling. Clean and tangle free, after just the second use of them. (The first use, I could tell that they were going to be exactly what I was looking for and they were.) I liked them both so much that I am purchasing some of the styling product line as well. Great stuff!!

Shine, volume, smoothness… AMAZING!
I have a sensitive scalp that gets dry and itchy easily. I live in an area with hard water. You combine that with all the wrong products and a sensitive scalp and you end up with frizzy flaky hair. I tried some similar products like Olaplex, Briogeo, Living Proof… and some helped at the beginning, but quickly stopped working for me. I tried Prose because it was specifically formulated for me, and it also didn’t work at all… Finally I found Jupiter and that seemed to helped with the flakes, but made my hair super greasy, which has never been a problem for me. I was about to give up and stick with Jupiter although I was washing my hair every 2 days and going through product very quickly, but at least my hair was not frizzy and itchy.Until I decided to experiment one more time… And here we are!!! After a few uses my hair lasts at least 3 days looking fresh, clean, shiny and smooth. And on wash day, my hair is still not itchy or waxy. No dandruff at all. Another amazing thing is that a little bit of product goes a long way. The shampoo forms a nice thick lather with just a bit of product and when you rinse, you feel your hair squeaky clean. The conditioner is also amazing, just a bit and your hair is super soft and easy to detangle. I’m super happy I stumbled upon this product.If I had to complain about something is that the scent on the conditioner is not super pleasant, but it’s not a deal breaker.10/10 recommended.

Im obsessed with this shampoo. I tried it on a wim iv tried to many shampoos iv always had a dandruff problem no mater what i tried. Iv been using this for 1 month n dont have any dryness or itchyness. My hair is way healthier it looks so good. This is a rly good brand with the price for sure. Give it a try, splurge, its worth it!

Works great, like all Ouai products
I’ve used so many shampoos and conditioners (both high-end and drugstore) on me and my daughters’ hair. We all have fine, long hair. This stuff really does work the best, well above and beyond all other shampoos and conditioners we’ve tried. I don’t love the smell (but don’t hate it , either) but it leaves your hair soft, shiny, and beautiful. My mom noticed right away when we switched to this shampoo and commented on how good our hair looked.

Smells amazing
These are worth the money, you only need to use a little of it at a time so it lasts a while. I can still smell the scent in my hair for a few days after washing it. I have straight hair and it doesn’t make it look oily.

Holy game changer!
Listen up. It may not be for everyone, but my hair enjoys this. I have naturally curly hair, I blow dry and style it for the week. My hair is fine but I have a lot of it, its naturally curly as mentioned previously. Blow drying it, it’s super fluffy but styling it you would never know I have the curls. I use their detox shampoo first, might repeat detox depending on the week with workouts or how many days between washes. I usually wash once a week and it depends on my crazy work schedule. This shampoo for might be my second rinse or third, again it depends on the week with work and workouts. I enjoy this shampoo and conditioner and baby does it smell good! After I used this stuff the next day I was walking through the hospital thinking oh someone smells good… yah it was my hair, maybe not me lol but my hair was sending sweet perfume wiffs to me all day and boy was it nice. The conditioner is also nice. It leaves me hair soft after it’s styled. I say this because sometimes you get shampoos and conditioners that leave your hair dry and straw like feeling, although it feels squeaky clean and like that after the shampoos the conditioner puts the life back in and I let it sit for 2-3 minutes doing it’s job. When I blow dry my hair doesn’t feel dry and brittle or straw like like some products do. Sometimes styling is necessary to fully get a true idea of a product. I will continue to use this in my routine. Is it #1 for me? No, but it comes in at #3 as pureology is #1 for me, surface #2 only because of my hair texture and the moisture my hair needs sometimes being blonde and curly. Again this works for me, it may not work for everyone.

Best ever!
I have thick oily hair and I love this shampoo and conditioner. It lather’s very well so you don’t have to use so much, which is always a problem when you have thick hair. My hair feels smooth after use all the time. I also noticed I had less hair falling out from brushing which tells me my hair is healthier after using this. I also love the smell, so much, that I bought the perfume 🙂 I recommend!

The hick hair approved!
I have thick hair and my hair looks so good with this. The best part is I don’t have to use a large amount of the shampoo or the conditioner. A little goes a long way. My hair looks healthy and shiny- no frizz! Smells nice and clean.

My only complaint…
I’ve only used this product once and my initial reaction was a great one! I was nervous to buy considering the price but I’m glad I did! The shampoo is soo clarifying, stripping your hair of all impurities and a little goes a long way! The conditioner gave good enough slip (I shampoo and condition in sections to make it easier). The scent is fantastic!! My only complaint would be the price versus what you’re getting. I wish the bottles were bigger or the price was a little lower!

CONDITION SMELL IS HORRIBLE
LOVE LOVE LOVE this shampoo. As someone with very fine thin hair, this combats oils and lets me go a couple days in between washes and always leaves my hair feeling clean and seeing even better. The conditioner on the other hand smells absolutely horrible. I had to throw it away, It would make the whole bathroom smell like a sewer. Dried out my ends as well and would cause them to feel like straw. I prefer the conditioning hair mask by Ouai for fine hair

This works.
If you want to add more body to your hair, this works. The only problem is that the bottle containing the conditioner is very difficult to push. It’s much too rigid. Wish ot were in the same bottle style as the shampoo, which I love.

Great results, but terrible scent
I love the way this shampoo and conditioner makes my fine, thin hair look and feel. I read a ton of reviews stating that this stuff smells fantastic, but I do not like the scent…at all. It smells very floral, like roses, and I do not like the smell of roses. My husband also does not like this scet. Thankfully, I usually use a texture spray that smells like coconut and it covers up the floral smell.

Popular For A Reason
They are small – MUCH smaller than an average shampoo bottle, and I do think that they are extremely overpriced. Despite all that, it actually is a wonderful brand for your hair and skin. You can definitely get the scent of apple cider vinegar, but in a more “pleasant” way. I told my boyfriend that it was as if someone had made that into some fancy champagne. Additionally, the scent lasts for a long time. Like, a LONG time.

Perfect for Thick Hair
I’ve always had issues with hair products, especially shampoo and conditioner because my hair is so thick and it’s hard to find something that will leave it clean and not oily. I first found this in Ulta and have been using it for about 7 months. My hair feels a lot cleaner. I use to get very oily after a day or work but thanks to this shampoo this has changed drastically. The scent isn’t over powering and before I would have issues with scents like coconut and such.

Love it but very expensive
I recently tried the Oual shampoo and conditioner set, and I have mixed feelings about it. Let’s start with the positives – the smell of this product is absolutely amazing! The fragrance is refreshing and lingers in my hair throughout the day, which is a huge plus for me. However, I found the price of the set to be quite steep, especially considering the size of the bottles. The amount of product provided doesn’t seem to justify the high cost. It would have been great if the company offered a larger bottle option or a more cost-effective refill option. Another issue I encountered was with the conditioner. If you have long hair like mine, you’ll find that the conditioner runs out quite quickly. It seems to require a larger amount of product to adequately cover and condition the hair. This can be frustrating, as it means having to repurchase the conditioner more frequently, adding to the overall cost. Despite these drawbacks, I must admit that the scent and the results on my hair are quite impressive. The shampoo leaves my hair feeling clean and refreshed, while the conditioner makes it noticeably softer and smoother. In conclusion, the Oual shampoo and conditioner set has its pros and cons. While I absolutely love the smell and the results on my hair, the high price for the bottle size and the fast usage of the conditioner can be off-putting, especially for those with long hair. Really nice shampoo and conditioner!
I’ve used this shampoo and conditioner a couple times now. I can’t really tell if it’s improved the condition of my scalp yet, maybe slightly. But as a Shampoo and conditioner alone is awesome , it smells amazing, it lathers really well, I probably would use this, even if I wasn’t having problems.

Awesome Hair Product
This shampoo and conditioner are truely phenomenal on your hair and scalp. The aroma and the feel of your hair after using this product will leave you with fantastic looking hair and smelling good all day. It’s on the pricey side but I think it’s worth the price. I would highly recommend this product.

Amazing Product
I will continue to buy this product over and over again. My hair is long (to the bottom of my Sholder blades) And it was struggling to feel full and strong and lost its shine. I bought this product, and My hair is stronger finally growing better and looks shiny and healthy again. I can feel the shampoo working, cleaning my scalp. My scalp feels much cleaner and healthy. The conditioner is amazing and makes my hair feel soft. The smell is wonderful. Best product. I do wish the bottles where a little bigger for the price.

Nourishing Without the Weight
I’ve used this product once and so far love it. Smells great! Having fine hair always is a battle between getting it moisturized and having it become a grease pit. My hair feels healthy and does not feel greasy after a day!

Probably the best shampoo Ive used
Although this is the most expensive shampoo and conditioner I have ever bought it was worth it because it left my hair with great quality. In addition, I’ve always suffered from dandruff and with this product I didn’t have a dry scalp at all and my head didn’t feel itchy like it did with dandruff shampoo or head and shoulders. The set of bottles also lasted me almost both semesters, and considering I wash my hair daily and have been leaving it pretty long, it was impressive.

My favorite shampoo!
This is my second time purchasing this shampoo and conditioner set and I love it! Last time, this set lasted me just over 6 months and I wash my hair every other day. I love how light and cleansing the fine hair shampoo and conditioner is. The smell of both products is very florally, but not too strong. Highly recommend buying!

really good set if a bit expensive
not a set for the more frugal person, but it’s a very high quality shampoo and conditioner. Because of that, you can use a lot less of it versus a cheap 2 dollar walmart set, so it’ll last you longer than you’ll think. Still pricey though, but smells very good. The smell says for about a day too which is nice.

Works great for my fine hair
So I have a lot of wavy, fine hair. It always was super weighed down, so much so I couldn’t even use conditioner. This shampoo is pricey, hence the 4 stars, but wow does it work. I do sweaty work, my hair was always flat and greasy after a day of work, but I get home after using this stuff and it still looks good. I don’t have to shampoo as much, and even the conditioner doesn’t weigh it down. Very happy overall.

I have very long thick hair and with one wash my hair felt, smelled good, and shined with this product. Would purchase again hoping price drops a little though as I use a lot for the amount of hair I have so product won’t last long 😭 .

The smell is overwhelming
I bought this based off reviews. A few mentions the smell being “old lady” like but I didn’t take them seriously. I was wrong. It smells like you broke a bottle of 40 year old perfume in the bathroom. And even after rinsing the scent lingers. After 1 shampoo/condition my hair does feel soft, but I don’t think I can continue use with the strong scent. Beware if you are sensitive to scent.

Awesome formula! Packaging not great.
I have medium textured 3B hair and the thick shampoo and conditioner works great! Softens and hydrates and smells soooooooo good. Unfortunately the packaging is an accessibility nightmare so I did take off one star. Shampoo bottle works fine because it’s not so thick but the conditioner hardly comes out. I’ll just transfer it to a new bottle though. It’s worth it to me.

Not too bad
Pretty expensive, not sure it’s worth the price every single time. My hair is down to my butt and super thick. Pros: good for thick hair, went longer without having to wash my hair & it was always less oily even closer to my hair washing day. Cons: too expensive & honestly, the conditioner stunk to me. It didn’t smell so great. But still a decent pair.
